$150 per 50-minute individual session

Sliding scale is available

For those currently paying out of pocket for fertility treatments sliding scale and payment plans are available. 

Payment is made at the time of service.

I accept all major credit cards, venmo and zelle.

Insurance

Insurance is not accepted at this time however I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance out of network benefits

Cancellation Policy

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, you will be expected to pay for the appointment unless you provide at least 24 hours for rescheduling or cancellation.
