About Me:

I am a licensed clinical social worker in California with over 10 years of experience providing counseling services. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my master's degree in Social Work from USC. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship stressors. My areas of specialty include perinatal mood disorders, fertility struggles, and chronic health-related mood problems.

My approach to counseling is to partner with you to make lifestyle and/or cognitive adjustments to overall improve quality of life. I firmly believe in building a trusting relationship. I serve as a support to walk with you through life challenges, you are not alone. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectic behavioral, mindfulness, and problem solving-based counseling. I will tailor and adjust our treatment plan to meet your needs.

While it can feel lonely at times, the fact that you are looking at my website shows you are already taking the first steps to improve your quality of life! If you are ready to move on to the next step I am here to support you.

I look forward to being able to provide you with support and guidance in meeting your goals.
