About Me:

I am a licensed clinical social worker in California with over 10 years of experience providing counseling services. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my master's degree in Social Work from USC. 

My approach to counseling is backed by my own personal experiences as well as evidence-based practices. I firmly believe in building a trusting relationship with you. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectic behavioral, mindfulness, and problem solving based counseling. I will tailor and adjust our treatment plan to meet your needs.

After my own battle with infertility and a high-risk pregnancy resulting in twins born at 27 weeks, I shifted my practice to support women with fertility, difficult pregnancies, NICU parent warriors and perinatal mood disorders.
