About Me:

I am a licensed clinical social worker in California with over 10 years of experience providing counseling services. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my master's degree in Social Work from USC. 

My approach to counseling is backed by my own personal experiences as well as evidenced based practices. I firmly believe in building a trusting relationship with you. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectic behavioral, mindfulness, and problem solving-based counseling. I will tailor and adjust our treatment plan to meet your needs.

After my own battle with infertility and experiencing a high-risk pregnancy resulting in twins born at 27 weeks, I shifted my practice to include supporting women with fertility struggles, high-risk pregnancies, NICU mom warriors and perinatal mood disorders. I am so grateful for my two blessings but it was a journey to get here with a 3 month long NICU stay. Having the right medical and support team to back you is important and I will help partner with you to support the mental and emotional aspects.
